It is not that how intelligent you are, but it is also very much important that how emotionally balanced you are. But the vital element which is essentially needed in the 21st Century is how far you are spiritually sound. The question is what is Spirituality? It is not confined to chanting mantras and visiting holy places. As vedas and Upanishads clearly states that man is connected with God or universal truth by an unseen thread which is mind. So, presence of mind is itself presence of God. Being a teacher, we are the only responsible people to maintain the universal Cosmos by exhibiting our integrity which in turn will be reflected through our students.
